Healthcare Experience

Our healthcare projects include medical centers, dental operatories, physical therapy centers, and doctor’s offices. Over the years AKA has completes many medical projects for prestigious institutes such as The University of Chicago’s Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, and many private and non-for-profit organizations. Projects range from small doctor’s offices to complex projects like medical labs, triage rooms, surgery centers, cardiac units, breast cancer centers, pathological labs, medical labs, and fertility clinics. Projects are designed with patients’ holistic wellness in mind by creating interiors, which have more of a homey feeling rather than a sterile and clinical environment.
