Fertility Centers of Illinois

This new fertility center consists of two spaces: an approximately 3,600 SF clinic and a 20,000 SF ambulatory surgery center. It features state-of-the-art operating rooms, common area building upgrades, and a new covered drop-off area and walkway. The project required a high level of coordination between AKA, the IDPH, the building owner, the tenant (FCI), and the medical equipment vendor to ensure successful project completion.
