Shopping Center & Strip Mall

Huntley, IL

AKA worked with the property owner and civil engineer to develop a six acre site. The site includes two strip malls with an anchor store and parking and landscaping. Three design options for the project were presented to the client and AKA further developed one per the client's selection to submit to the Village of Huntley for review. AKA was also involved in the pre-application conference and preliminary plan commission meeting.
