Franchisee Experience

AKA has completed over 80-100 projects for various franchises namely Dunkin Donuts-Baskin Robbins, Papa John’s, Baja Fresh, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Taco Del Mar, Currency Exchange, MoneyDart etc since 2003 in the metropolitan Chicago area as well as in many other states. Such projects usually entail following, applying and enhancing the image of the respective brand over new/existing buildings and/or in tenant build-outs. To achieve the best possible result, AKA works closely with the respective brand franchisee, contractors and brand construction managers from the due diligence stage of the project to the final punch list before occupancy.
